The report provides a comprehensive outlook on the challenges, opportunities, and future directions of hospitality education, with input from institutions across 26 countries.

Key Findings

  • 54% of programs focus on practical/experiential training.

  • 93% of schools mandate internships; 12-month placements yield 88% employability.

  • 90% of institutions integrating AI expect strong enrolment growth.

  • Sustainability (70%), Digital Transformation (57%), and Diversity (57%) are top curriculum priorities.

  • Regional divide: Asia-Pacific schools are most optimistic (87.5% expect growth) while Europe remains cautious.
