DIPLOMA in CULINARY ARTS of INDIAN CUISINE

(3 months on campus + 3 months internship in the industry)

Indian cuisine is growing in popularity across the world and The Culinary Farm (TCF), a unit of AIMSENRICH, has designed and developed this 6-months course (3 months on campus + 3 months internship) in Indian Cuisine with an objective to impart skills in culinary arts of Indian cuisine including basics of culinary arts, introduction, history, culture, and spices of Indian Cuisine, apart from menu planning, nutrition, and fusion.

This hands-on course offers the participants an overview of various cuisines and cultures across India, apart from understanding various spices and mixes used in authentic preparations.

Batch size limited to 20.

Note: Internship can be waived off for participants with previous work experience or practical exposure, depending on the ability to showcase practical application of skills at the end of 3 months.

  • The Culinary Farm has designed and developed this 3-months course in Indian Cuisine with an objective to impart skills in culinary arts of Indian cuisine including basics of culinary arts, introduction, history, culture, and spices of Indian Cuisine, apart from menu planning, nutrition, and fusion.

    This programme is designed in a way to offer the participants a thorough understanding of various cuisines and cultures in India, apart from various spices and mixes used in respective cuisines from various regions in India.

    Our experienced chefs bring to this programme the much-needed advanced expertise and knowledge to the participants in gaining the exposure and understanding the various aspects of Indian cuisine.

    • 3 months hands-on course at The Culinary Farm (AIMSENRICH), Bangalore +

    • 6 months internship in the industry. Preferred, but optional for professionals.

  • The applicant must:

    • Be pursuing or successfully completed a Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or culinary arts or equivalent OR must possess minimum 2 years of professional experience in the industry.

    • Have Good communication skills in English language.

    • Be at least 18 years of age.

    • Submit the completed the application form before the deadline.

    • Attend the selection process (demo / interview).

    • Pay the fee once you receive an offer after selection process.

    • Accommodation options are available in our own facility.

    • Visa, Flights, Insurance, Resident Permit and Tools-kit, Meals in the weekends are not included.

    • Insurance - You should have an insurance in place before arriving in India.

    • Personal expenses and travel.
