PROFESSIONAL ADVANCED DIPLOMA in ITALIAN CULINARY ARTS

This innovative professional programme of Advanced Professional Diploma for Chefs is an effective, all rounded and challenging training updated method which allows the student to promptly develop all the notions including the practical skills, rooting from the foundations of the culinary arts and stretching to contents and knowledge of the highest level.

    • Foundation in India & Italian Language - June, 2023

Both individual professionals and teams from different disciplines participating in important competitions can find in CAST Alimenti the ideal place and the right people to prepare, train, compete and win. Training for competitions represent a great opportunity for CAST Alimenti and its Masters to improveself-discipline, precision, commitment and perseverance, to operate innovative product exploration, as well as to experiment more innovative and efficient teaching methods. Training is about method and the CAST Method, refined in our laboratories in these years, flows from the world of competitions right into our classrooms, to train students and prepare them for the profession they have chosen to undertake with passion.

    • 1 month foundation course at AIMSENRICH, Bangalore +

    • 12 months in Italy (4 months study at Cast Alimenti + 2 internships in the industry over 8 months in Italy).

    • A unique program designed and certified jointly by AIMSENRICH and CAST ALIMENTI.

    • Continuous hands-on training.

    • Limited numbers to guarantee an excellent teacher-student relationship.

    • Laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment and single workstations.

    • Simulation of work situations

    • Internship at host companies of excellence.

    • 8 months industrial internship in specialty restaurant in Italy under top ranking chef, after successful completion of 5 months of study at AIMSENRICH and CAST ALIMENTI.

    • Master classes with starred Chefs and/or protagonists of international cuisine.

    Support over time through professional updating of specialization.

  • The applicant must have:

    • Successfully completed the Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or equivalent with an elementary knowledge of food products and processing techniques wishing to deepen knowledge on Italian cuisine or pastry.

    • Foundation level certification in Italian language as required by CAST Alimenti.

    • Good communication skills in English language.

    • Must be at least 18 years of age.

    • Accommodation in CAST Housing - Approx. Euros 1200 per month including accommodation and meals.

    • Off-Campus Accommodation (sharing) - Approx. Euros 400 per month excluding meals.

    • Visa, Flights, Insurance, Resident Permit and Tools-kit, Meals - Breakfast / Dinner on weekdays and all meals in weekends are not included.

    • Insurance - You should have an insurance in place before arriving in Italy.

    • Residence Permit (One-Time) - Approx. Euros 120.

    • Milan (Malpensa Airport) to Brescia by train - Approx. 20 Euros.

    • Italian Language - Extra.
