After doing my B.A. hons in Culinary Arts, and working under an Italian chef, I knew I had to go to Italy to learn much more from the locals. AIMSENRICH gave me this brilliant opportunity to study at the best Italian institute for culinary arts. And that's not all, I got 9 whole months, working in a 3 Michelin and 2 Michelin restaurant, in the small villages of Italy and learning much more than I had thought possible.
